Does RaiseReady guarantee funding, investment, or listing approval?
No. RaiseReady does not guarantee loan approval, funding, investment, listing approval, grant approval, or business success.
Is RaiseReady financial, legal, tax, or investment advice?
No. RaiseReady is an educational planning assistant. Please verify important decisions with qualified professionals.
Is my business data safe?
Your business information is used to generate your roadmap and improve your planning experience. Your business data is not sold.
What should I do if I selected the wrong goal?
You can edit your company profile and change the goal. Your roadmap and AI guidance can then be adjusted based on the updated goal.
Does the free trial require a credit card?
Free signup does not require a credit card. Paid plan trials may require a card so the subscription can continue after the trial unless cancelled.
What do I get after subscribing?
Paid plans unlock higher AI conversation limits, more company profiles, reports, document features, and stronger roadmap support depending on your plan.
How do I cancel or manage my subscription?
Go to Billing settings and use Manage Subscription, or contact support if you need help.
Can businesses outside Malaysia use RaiseReady?
Yes. The default roadmap is global-neutral. Country-specific requirements should be checked with local professionals and official sources.
Can I sign in with Google?
Yes. Google sign-in is optional and is used only for account authentication and basic profile information such as email and display name. RaiseReady is not endorsed by Google, and you can still use email and password.
Why does Google sign-in mention Supabase?
RaiseReady uses Supabase as its secure authentication provider. Google sign-in helps users access RaiseReady faster. We are working to make the sign-in domain display more clearly under the RaiseReady brand.
